Day 01: Sai Gon - Ben Tre (L, D)
Drive through the scenic Mekong Delta to My Tho and board a boat to an orchard garden. Take a horse-drawn cart to Quoi Son to visit a bee farm and float on a sampan through narrow, tree-lined canals. Continue to Tan Thach commune to visit a family-run enterprise making coconut candy. After lunch continue by boat to Phu Tuc village for the overnight stay. Enjoy the hospitality of a local family and have dinner. Afterwards take in a performance of traditional rural music.

Day 02: Ben Tre - Cai Be floating market - Vinh Long - Can Tho (B,L)
After breakfast depart for Cai Be and take a boat to the floating market to practice the age-old art of bartering. Visitors will be supplied with sweets, sugar, milk, etc. which they can then barter for different kinds of local fruits. Continue by river to see family-run businesses producing a local version of popcorn, rice paper and an authentic old house.
Overnight in Can Tho

Day 03: Can Tho - Sai Gon (B)
Wake up early in the morning to visit Cai Rang floating market - the most interesting part of trip, and then continue to visit some small channel and village around the area. Afternoon, drive back to Saigon via Sa Dec area where Mrs. Marguerite Duras has lived and wrote the famous romantic novel “Lover”.
